This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I booked it through Booking.com. Before I arrived at the hotel, I received an email and several calls asking me to make a partial payment. I replied to the email, but got no response. I also tried calling the number provided, but it was unreachable. However, the website clearly stated "Pay at property" and that no advance payment was needed. When I reached the hotel at 8:20 PM, the staff told me I couldn't check in because international guests were not allowed. This important information was not mentioned anywhere on their website. I had to search for another place to stay late at night. Very, very disappointing experience.
