"Good for a quick overnight stay, for families it is still not a great option."

The owner was very polite and helpful.

The staff needs to be trained, basically it is good if you just need an overnight stay. The owner has put in good beds, and electronic devices but the room furnishing felt very outdated, the toilets had a musky odour, the window railings as well as balcony railings are very big, enough for a infant or toddler to go through, so safety aspect is also there.
