BATHROOM WAS VERY CONGESTED AND ALSO LITTLE HIGH PRICE AS COMPARE TO OTHERS

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before moving to the hotel next door. The stay itself was good, and the staff were very helpful and supportive. We checked out the next morning for touring, and the hotel kindly kept our bags until 8:40 p.m. the day, which was a great support. Another thing that I liked was enough free space to walk around.

However, I was not satisfied with the way the luggage was handled. Although we deposited our bags with the person in charge and they were initially kept inside, later when we arrived at night, we found them placed outside near the gate, which did not feel secure. Another concern was with the parking. On arrival, the staff insisted on taking my car keys for valet parking and keeping them with them. I had to insist on parking the car myself, even though there was enough space to do so. While valet parking can be a useful service, I feel the hotel should be more flexible and allow guests to choose whether they want to use it or not. It was expensive than the next door hotel. The facilities and services in the next door hotel are much better than Novotel. As there are a few good hotel so they need to work on the price and facilities. Always Brand or Name. doesn't work. People are smart and they can choose the better option.

A very well-designed and maintained hotel, with impeccable staff service. The room we stayed in was generic, as in most such hotels, but service is what takes Novotel Jaipur many notches higher. Everyone from the security to front desk to room service to restaurant to facility areas - they all greeted with warm smiles and honest, extremely efficient service. Special shoutout to Suraj, Sumanta and Rajesh. The breakfast spread was amazing - ample selection of both Western and Indian food. The food taste was good, if not great. Also, the gym instructor in the morning (whose name I forget) was very helpful. The pool was kept clean and staff were always at hand to pass towels, drinking water and even sunscreen lotion!! In a word, we had a great stay and would love to go back soon.
