"Not excellent as shown in Booking.com website."

The room was spacious and location was perfect.

The room was dirty. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room makes it too difficult to sleep in nights. Air conditioning was not properly working.

Nothing, The property manager denied at the the moment we reached. Then the online customer care service provider arrange another stay that was ridhi guest house and was extremely bad in every aspect
