We stayed for two days, and the experience was very disappointing. The TV didn’t work, and even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. From the second day, the AC also stopped working. The receptionist — an elderly man — was consistently rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Whenever we raised an issue, he would scold us instead of helping. Most of the room boys also seemed to be under 18. Overall, the customer support was extremely poor, and the entire stay felt very unprofessional.
