Just returned from a week at the Ramada , all staff work hard and is a nice hotel, little tired in places and no evening entertainment which is a shame, maybe it’s different in the height of summer, overall pleasant week

Great location, lovely staff, Mertcan was particularly helpful on reception, room was very nice, lovely breakfast would stay again The people very friendly and really enhanced the holiday experience. Many activities are available at a very reasonable price

Amazing holiday at Ramada. Beautiful location in the hills, fantastic views of Oludeniz. Huge room with jacuzzi, very comfortable and clean. Room cleaned daily. Lovely pool area and fantastic breakfast choices in the restaurant. Very friendly staff, particularly Mertcan who greeted us in arrival and made us complimentary tea and coffee. Would definitely revisit!

Fantastic quite location with a great view. Employees, food and hospitality really good. Upgrade room was not expected but it was so cool having swim up room.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel for 10 days in a swim up room. It was our first time visiting Turkey. Wow what an amazing country. The hotel is lovely, high up on a hill with stunning views. You are a few miles out of Olu Deniz, so need to get a taxi as the main road is busy. The taxi's are about £5 pounds each way. Our swim up room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. It was lovely having our own sunbeds outside our room, however, the main pool was never busy. The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They cant do enough for you. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and give you advice/help on things to do. Big thanks to all the staff, especially, Mertcan, Emirhan, Orhan, Ibrahim, Omer and Hasan. We had bed and breakfast. Breakfast was nice but I m glad we went into the town for tea as the food at the hotel looked a bit more expensive. The cable car is a must visit. its not expensive and its great to watch the paragliders start off on their jump. The Tuesday market in Fethiye is well worth a visit. The hotel put a trip on for about £10 per person. You really need to haggle, as they come after you if you walk away. We bought a handbag for 900 TL with the trader starting at 3,500 TL. They also do a shuttle bus to the blue lagoon. We were dissappointed with the blue lagoon. There's lots of lovely restaurants in Olu Deniz. Captain Hook, Tiki, Bamboo. Food is reasonable, its just the cocktails are UK prices. Loved this holiday and will be back.

Had a great time at the Ramada. Brilliant staff. Mertcan, Bertrand and many more can't remember their names. Breakfast service and staff couldn't do enough....Mercantile helped us secure a room for late check out. Without it we would have been hanging around all day. Our coach pickup wasn't until. 7.30pm. Beautiful views from hotel. Shame we had 3 days of thunderstorms 😢 out of 10. Would recommend cable car and 12 island boat trip. It was very well organised and authentic. Thank you to all the hotel staff and management

Genel olarak temizlik açısından ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Ancak balayı çifti olmamıza rağmen iki ayrı yataklı bir oda verilmişti. Alternatif olarak sundukları odada ise klimanın çalışmadığını söylediler. Otele ilk girdiğimizde manzarasını çok beğenip bu nedenle rezervasyonumuzu uzatma kararı almıştık, ancak yaşadığımız durumlar tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Maalesef beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.

This hotel gets a 4 star review mostly because the views are stunning and the spa treatment was excellent. The hotel messed up my room booking on the first night but then upgraded me to a swim-up room for the remaining 3 nights of my holiday and allowed me a late-checkout on my last day- which I greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Sevgi on Reception who made this happen. Most of the staff at the hotel seemed very tired, perhaps as it’s coming to the end of the holiday season. They therefore were not very friendly and would often walk past me without even saying, hello or good morning! I must say with the exception of Ishmail, Ella (masseuse), Memet (Spa manager) and a mature member of waiting staff in the restaurant area, who was very attentive. Customer service could be a lot better overall and consistent with all guests and not just their favourites! .The food served at the hotel was ok but surprisingly drinks are not included in the half board meals so you have to buy drinks separately. Some of the serving glasses and plates/bowls were chipped which clearly need replacing. The evening entertainment was ok but they need to fix up the dry-looking, so called games-area, so there’s more for guests to do in the evening. I would return possibly for a short stay, but not as a solo traveller as the hotel seems to be set up mainly for couples.

We were very disappointed With the Ramada it’s very tired and needs repairs done our bedroom was ok but the bathroom needed attention,also we had to make our own bed quite a few times and ask for clean towels.The food is not good I mainly had soup and cheese and bread also cold ,the entertainment was ok only 2 nights in 10 days ,they had a TV in the restaurant playing football most nights not professional in a restaurant only one waiter who so sorry lost my paper with his name it stared with a M and he was young and had a brother in the UK his English was very good ,also it says adult hotel and we had a young Turkish boy staying and the restaurant manager said he was 16 years old no way he was about 12 years old.Reception staff and bell boy were the best looked after us we will miss them ,the Ramada is nothing like the sertil deluxe we were very disappointed.
