The hotel is well located

but the facilities are old and poorly maintained. The refrigerator was dirty, with broken accessories. The room is outdated and gives an overall impression of neglect. The staff is not welcoming and lacks professionalism in terms of hospitality (very few greetings and little to no smiles). The breakfast is very poor, with no particular effort made for tourists. The milk and coffee were cold every day. Each time, we had to ask for the milk to be heated, supposedly because the machine was broken. Cleanliness needs improvement: dusty carpet upon arrival, careless housekeeping, trash bins not emptied daily, items left on the floor after cleaning, and a stick found under the sink upon arrival. Personally, I did not enjoy my stay and I will not return.
