The guy Tarek was helpful and nice. The people we met at the hotel were helpful and kind. Even with language difficulty, they tried to help and made us feel at ease. We even have companions (cats and dogs-they were too cute)during breakfast.

Staff are super friendly. The location is absolutely amazing. The rooftop has a fantastic view. So calm! I highly recommend this hotel. You will enjoy your time in Goreme. Our room was a bit small but very clean and comfy.

The breakfast was excellent and freshly made, and the rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to watch balloons if you don't plan to go hiking. It is also perfectly situated for accessing some of the few remaining free viewpoints for balloons easily. The staff are wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed, including arranging airport transfers. The two dogs who live at the property are lovely as well!

Excellent location, variety of food for breakfast. Phenomenal view from the rooftop. All the staff were absolutely helpful especially giving insightful ideas were to visit in Turkey, utterly informative, very attentive to our needs and well knowledgeable about all the best places around. All the captivating activities like Hot Air Balloon, Green & Red tour amd etc can be book and arranged directly to the hotel with an amazing offer and affordable prices. Thank you to Mr Tarek and all the staff for the memorable stay we had in Goreme. We must say everything is worth it indeed.

The room is suitable as a suite It has a big bed and nice balkony Also the breakfast was nice with traditional homemade food The stuff was very kind even though not always understandable cause of the english language

The general impression of the hotel when arrived was not good It had not at all presentative photos of the room 1. The bathroom door consists of thin wood with no further isolation 2. The towels some days were dirty with stains as well as the bedsheets 3. Not available fridge 4. The hotbuth had a broken head-rest and if you wanted to use the jacuzzi was a really bad smell cause of the disposal system 5. The toilet flusher was also broken 6. The balkony was good but also dirty with a broken table and ashes in the ashtray

The property is beautiful, the staff will go beyond to make your trip phenomenal! The views are amazing as well and let Me tell you the breakfast was delicious everyday! Please advice bring cash you will safe so much money if you buy local and not on the internet! They will do everything for you! Pick up drop off even your airport transfer
