Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

When we wanted to check in the reception lady told us that our room is unavailable due to construction. She suggested 2 seperate rooms. We are a family with 3 kids, so that was not an option. Unfourtunatly both ladies their English was horrible. She would write her side of the message on GoogleTranslate and show me and when I responded she wouldnt understand the tiniest bit of it. This resulted in a lot of frustration on both sides. It was an unprofessional and rude attitude. Also her message said there is no solution. After a wait, it seems they added a bed to a single room and offered us that option. However, the AC in the kids room was broken, and they "forgot" to mention that. We let them know, they never got back about it. When we complained during check out they said we chose to stay there. Long story short; the reception lady was not nice at all. The lack of basic English in such a job is really very shameful. Also parking is a nightmare, you have to go with your car in a squeezed elevator to a dungeon, basically claustrofobic. On the street little chance you'll find a parking too. Breakfast was so very poor. Very little things and tight canteen, filled with mostly nosejobs and hairline implants. Food not so tasty because of this interior. I do not recommend this place due to this experience.

Das Familienzimmer war wirklich schön und groß. Mit großer Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksbereich wirklich sehr klein und die Essensauswahl minimalistisch. Aber es gibt viele kleine Cafes, wo man auch gut und günstig frühstücken oder Essen kann. 5Minuten vom Meer entfernt. 8Min vom Gewürzbasar entfernt. 👍

Şahane Otel, güler yüzlü Personel, temiz ve komforlu. Kahvaltı bölümü biraz daha geniş olabilirmiş. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen kahvaltıdaki yumurtların taze olmamasıydı.

Hotel is prima! Grote nette kamers, iets wat mindere bedden, maar dat is in Turkije in meeste gevallen het geval. Zer is een parkeergarage/lift aanwezig waar je auto netjes wordt gestald (ik heb er niets voor hoeven te betalen). 1 minpunt, ontbijt is ERG SLECHT! En al helemaal voor Turkse begrippen! Maar goed, in de buurt genoeg locaties waar je lekker kunt ontbijten.
