Kaldığımız oda ağır şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Perdelerin dipleri kararmış banyo kapısı zor kapanıyor ve küvet çok kirliydi. Tanıtımda odalarda sigara içilmediği yazıyor ancak bu doğru değil. Çok fena sigara kokuyor

Doesn’t have lift in the top floor and it’s a two star property

Never been to such a filthy place. The rooms weren’t even cleaned properly and looked like a construction site. Stains and hairs of previous guests on the linen, floor and in the bathroom. Horrible customer service. I booked 7 nights and only stayed one due to the unbearable conditions. The hotel published pictures and descriptions of the rooms that are far away from reality. The hotel is rather a hostel than a 4 star accommodation. The only clean items were the towels and I stayed there for one night wrapped up in the towels not to touch the dirty linen and checked out immediately the day after. The hotel did not care about my complaints and refused any refund. The positive feedbacks given so far seem to be faked. I can just advise everyone to avoid that place by all means.

Checked in very late and asked for 30 minutes extra on the check out but they asked for TL 500 despite that we have requested a late check out at the time of booking

No bed blankets only small sheets. Bathroom tiles are broken Shower is broken No 4 star facilities at all Bad breakfast choice not like a 4 star hotel
