Das Hotel war sauber und die Mitarbeiter höflich und hilfsbereit.

Für die Grösse des gebuchten Zimmers ist der Preis einfach zu hoch. Das geht mit Sicherheit auch günstiger, wenn man als Maßstab die allgwmeinen Preise für Übernachtungen in diesem Bereich zugrunde legt. Ein TV-Gerät war defekt, was sehr ungünstig war, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren. Einen Ausgleich dafür hat man uns dafür auch nicht geboten. Was ich auch unmöglich finde, dass ich meine persönliche Daten auf eine WhatsApp-Nummer schicken muss, damit die Rechnung erstellt und geschickt werden kann. Wozu soll das dienen bitte? Ich möchte die Rechnung bitte sofort, das geht auch in allen anderen Häusern.

Hotel curat ,mic dejun destul de bun,personal zâmbitor și de ajutor ,aproape de mall și de mai multe restaurante din zona

Parcarea un pic cam departe de hotel dar asfaltata și monitorizată
