MONALİSA HOTELS ÇANAKKALE

The location of the hotel is outside the city, on the Dardanelles with a beautiful view. Everything looked very nice. We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately that same evening I got stuck in the elevator with my partner. No emergency signalling in the cabin worked. Neither alarm nor emergency phone. I had to call my son, who personally looked for the receptionist to help us. They managed to get us out before I had a panic attack. Until the end of our stay we did not receive an apology from the hotel for what happened. On the second day in the bathroom a wet spot appeared on the ceiling. On the day of departure, part of the wet plaster on the ceiling fell on me. Again, no one asked us what problem in the room we were talking about. I am very disappointed.

I wanted an adequate response from the administration and an attempt at an apology at least from the hotel manager. The lack of communication in the confined space of the elevator was terrifying.

Recomand, un hotel ok !

Un peu isolé mais très agréable.

ottima soluzione per esplorare questa area arrivi tardi e vai via presto. hotel pulito ma lontano dal centro.

Relativ neues Hotel in der Nähe vom Strand (Dardanellen).

Die Sorgfalt bezüglich der Reinigung und Reparatur von Kleinigkeiten lässt zu wünschen übrig. Verschmutzter Balkon, dreckige Scheiben. Brandflecken von der Zigarette am Nachttisch, obwohl das ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Frühstück war ok, aber an beiden Tagen (07:30 und 08:45) mussten wir auf Brot warten, was erst geliefert werden muss. Zum brauchbaren Strand muss man länger laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren.
