Alles ziet er zeer verzorgd en netjes uit..poetsen continu. Het eten drinken zeer netjes en goed. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De hotel bus naar het strand was super,met een goedlachse chauffeur. Het strand en eetgelegenheid op het strand helemaal top en leuk personeel, zijn zeer hulpvaardig..

De ruimte rondom het zwembad wel krap,en de zonnebedden staan krap tegen elkaar. En zelfs in september ,bijna alle bedden albezet met handdoeken om 8 uur 's,morgens. 😐 Rondom het zwembad valt kleiner uit als op de foto's, daar lijkt het groter..

All in all, this was a fantastic stay. We travelled as a group of family and friends aged 25–54, and everyone was very pleased with the facilities. One in the group is blind, and the handling and natural respect of her needs was to be admired. While it indeed was a five-star hotel and felt as such, it was also a very friendly hotel full of smiles and laughter. The Staff First of all, we should mention the staff – they were spectacular from the moment we entered the hotel. They made us feel welcome, appreciated, and valued. Cleaning Secondly, we’d like to mention the cleaning (housekeeping). They did a great job keeping the rooms clean, refilling the minibar, and even surprising us with small touches in the room. The latter isn’t something one would expect, of course, but it added some magic to an already great stay. A special thanks goes out to Müfide, who cleaned one of our rooms (1603) during our stay <3. Food The buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant were excellent. The food seemed fresh at all times, no matter when we arrived. The food served at the pool was also great. Other Highlights The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach that works like a charm. It’s also about 35 minutes from the historic city center, which is a must-visit. Two of us used the tattoo shop advertised at the hotel, and we can absolutely vouch for them as well – even though we were a teeny-tiny bit scared it might be too easy to be good!

There aren’t many negatives to point out. Cocktails and Alcoholic Drinks The cocktails and alcoholic drinks could use some standardization. Sometimes you’d get 2 cl of vodka in a drink and at other times literally 8 cl. While we do appreciate a drink that actually tastes of something, it can also be a bit too frisky ;-) The winner of “Bad Cocktails” was the Piña Colada — on day one it was one of the best I’ve ever had, but at another point it contained only the tiniest hint of pineapple and almost no rum at all. Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi was a so-so experience for some of us who couldn’t really use it around the pool or bar area. Midnight Sandwiches We were pleasantly surprised to find we actually made use of the midnight sandwich option — and we appreciated it — but they were a bit boring: basically just a bun with, for example, turkey mortadella. No butter, mayonnaise or similar. A suggestion for improvement would be to have butter and knives available, if not adding something to the sandwiches themselves. Spa Area Staff Lastly, the male staff at the spa area (where the pool towels are picked up) were a little too pushy for our liking. We understand they’re there to ask if we’d like to try the hamam or other services, but “no” still means “no” — even on day four. Again, these aren’t things that ruined the trip in any way, but they’re definitely areas we all agreed could use a little extra attention and love.

Die Unterhaltung war super, besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man die Getränke direkt an den Liegestühlen bestellen konnte. Außerdem war die Ästhetik des Hotels wirklich beeindruckend

Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns das Essen – die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß, aber insgesamt noch okay. Außerdem hatten wir über das Hotel ein Taxi bestellt, doch am Flughafen war leider niemand da, was sehr ärgerlich war, da wir spät abends ankamen
