"Bad choice"

Not a single thing to say as good, not recommended for families

I have stayed for 5 days, bed sheets were not changed for 5 days, not cleaned, bad smell, cigarette smell in the corridors, rooms cleaned only once after telling them. Worst food that I have tasted. Bad choice and surprising booking.com has these type of hotels in their website.

"Pathetic booking experience."

Nothing. Hotel canceled my booking citing no payments and hotel being full.

I booked the hotel from US, and when I reached the hotel, they informed that the hotel is full and booking is canceled. Confirmation from booking.com was not enough for them. Credit card details were provided on booking.com. Booking.com must blacklist these hotels who play with customers and ask for payment on a different website by sending personal messages. Please be very careful on booking with treebo hotels or this hotel in particular. A reservation confirmation from booking.com must be enough for the hotel to confirm the room. Booking.com must not allow the hotels to reach out to the customers with a separate link for payment. This sounds like a scam and it impacts the credibility of booking.com. Platform must not allow these kind of hotels.
