- Great hospitality by both reception and restaurant staff. They paid attention to our requests and were polite, courteous and approachable. - Rooms were immaculately maintained with comfortable beds and amenities. - Hi Speed wifi and work space was ideal to work from home. - Great sunlight, a 5 minute drive from COK airport and a shuttle provided by the hotel made our journey comfortable. - The restaurant staff personally visited the room to take our meal orders in person and it was customized as per our request which was impressive.

- The aircon was not working on the first room that was assigned. Sofa set/ couch inside the room was not in good condition and not suitable to use of the second room that was assigned. It is suggested to check these prior to assigning the rooms to the guests to avoid inconvenience of both guests and reception staff.

The hotel was well staffed and the room had a lounge area. It was modern and comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle from the airport which is a bonus.
