1) The wash/Bath room was clean but was smelling due to some smell/gas emanating from the drain hole/cover. 2) There is one step up raised above the level from the room towards the wash room. which at nights could be a danger and disastrous. 3) The rooms could have been a little spacious - say 10% more. but not bad now. 4) The property receptionist even after asking did not give us a GST bill, saying that we need to mention it while booking online at booking.com. When we are paying at the property and to the property a/c directly, then why giving a GST bill should be a problem ? They are charging us tax extra over the booking price shown in your website, so what's the problem in giving us a GST bill ? And there is no Card swiping payment mode here. 5) When we tried to call from the room intercom to the receptionist for sending a water bottle no one responded even after calling 3times + after 15 mins again 2 times. The time was 9PM when we called.

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay with family and friends. From the check in to the check out process, the staff approach, etc was very good. The rooms were clean and hygienic.

Staff behaviour, cleaniness, facilities are worse. I went 4 hrs early than the xheck in time with family but reception did not accomodate us saying all rooms ard occupied. But when extra charges discussed immeduately room was offered n Rs700 was taken from me
