There was no one in the restaurant during breakfast lunch or dinner. There was no service in short. The hotel is locked until 7.30 am. I tried to go out at 6am on the 16th, but the doors were locked . No answer from reception . No security guard to open the door. If there was an emergency the patient could have died! It took me until 6.45 to locate some women the the basement and then some man came from outside and opened the door, by which time the purpose of my going out was lost forever. This is an awful place dealing in lies and false advertising and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

No greeting, just resentful and downright hostile. Pooja lied from the get go.From the moment I walked in they tried to give me a room on the ground floor and said there was no other room. I said I requested a high floor room and if there was only a ground floor room I do not want it. A woman called Pooja then said she can give me a second floor room. I asked if there was no other room and she said the hotel was full for the 2 nights I was staying there. No greeting when I walked in. Looked at with hostility; no smile or greeting. Well I knew the hotel was not full as there was not a soul in the dining room or anywhere else. They have this thing where when a room is occupied it says “check-in” on the light outside the room. I walked up to the third and fourth floors and both floors had at least 4/5 rooms in-occupied. I then went on to a couple of booking platforms and was able to book rooms at this hotel. I was just testing this to see if what that Pooja woman said was correct. It proved my point. The room I booked was supposed to be with breakfast and heating but the woman said breakfast was not included and heating was INR 300.00 a day. I said I will pay for heating. I confronted the woman the next day and told her that I know there are rooms available on the higher floors, with mountain views. I also told her that if she did not want to give me a higher floor room, she could have said so and not lied that the hotel was full. I also booked for the second night and there were more than 8 rooms available. Apart from all that they have a scam going where they switch off the power at 7.30 am every day, so no lights, you can’t boil the kettle to make coffee or tea and no heating. They sent me an e-mail saying to upgrade my stay with buffet dinner and some other services. I nearly put in my credit card to purchase dinner for 2 nights and some other services, when I had the sixth sense to check before I hit pay.

I like the location and the staff receptionist sejal was good with every facility .

View, view, view. And cleanliness. Bed was great. Decor was lovely. Food in restaurant was good.

Very good rooms, bedding / linen/ bathroom was clean. Food in the in house restaurant was also good. Staff and service was exceptional!! will surely recommend.

Breakfast food was good but the Waiter Service by Ismiti and Prajwalika was very poor, unprofessional and extremely unco-ordinated. We did not complain to them, but we could hear a Family Group sitting next to our table during breakfast was loudly complaining about the poor food service by Ismiti and Prajwalika. Unfortunately, it seemed Ismiti and Prajwalika spoiled the enjoyable experience of having the breakfast.

(1) As soon as we checked-in, we were told by the Reception Person that the elevator was not working. Elevator never worked during our stay in hotel. (2) Hotel staff who was bringing our only one suitcase from the car to the room, damaged the wheels of the suitcase. (2) We had Lunch in the same Hotel: food preparation was average: Cost very high compared to Indian Food Prices. Waiter Service by Ismiti and Prajwalika was very poor, unprofessional and extremely unco-ordinated. (4) Electricity went off in the Night and there was complete darkness in the Hotel. Hot water was not available in the Bathroom: Geyser was not working. (5)We had Dinner in the same Hotel because it was raining outside: food preparation was very poor. For example Indian style cabbage & potato curry was bitter in taste and similarly there was a bitter taste in carrots in the mixed vegetable saute. Further cost very high compared to Indian Food Prices. Waiter Service by Ismiti and Prajwalika was very poor, unprofessional and extremely unco-ordinated. (6) Prashant presented an inflated bill for our dinner and when I pointed out then Prashant, Ismiti and Prajwalika encircled me and started bullying me and tried to cajole me to make the payment. When I refused and pointed out that the Bill includes items which we neither ordered nor eaten, these these persons started misbehaving and using offensive language. Then I left the restaurant, telling them to send the Bill to my Room. For one hour they made me wait and then said that they will give me the Bill next morning during breakfast because their Bill System Computer is NOT working. I was delayed for my sleep by an hour that night. (7) At 6am next morning there was no electricity room and internal landline telephone was also not working. I rushed to Reception to request to start the Generator but there was no one in the reception and even the security guard at the Entrance. Imagine the plight of guests staying in this hotel!!!!!

The rooms were neat and clean. Pillows and bed were really comfortable.

The pricing is not justified as the room doesn’t has fridge inside, Geaser takes forever to heat the water. Ended up having cold shower.
