The food was good and the room was nice.

The service was terribly bad. I stayed there for 4 nights and one of the worst experience I had at any property. It usually took them 30mins to bring water now imagine the time it took it to bring food and other necessities. And that too after multiple reminders. They really need to check their service levels and I don't think that their reviews are genuine as there were some other guests that were facing the same problem.
