SAthe location they were very responsive as we requested iron and tissues and they were accommodating. The room is spacious as well. Also, as we were not informed of cash payment we asked to pay later and they waited thankfully.
Our experience was below average, and we had difficulty with hotel reception. I added Visa card as method of payment when in booked. However, they did not charge the card and they requested payment in cash or local card, which we did not have. They also don’t have an international machine to pay with, and they didn’t inform us in the booking info or messages beforehand as we were not prepared. The room was below average and old. The bed was not clean.. there were tears in the beddings. The door lock was not working, we had to lock the door at least 5 times until it is actually locked, so be careful that you actually lock it before leaving. Last thing is we kept heard pounding sounds I assume there was construction nearly even at sleeping times.
