Asfiya Loft Apartments

Lovely, spacious apartment with our own private plunge pool. Modern decor and comfy beds. The shared pool area was great with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Good location with supermarkets, coffee shop and restaurants very near and just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town.

A few more kitchen utensils could have been handy

The apartment was bright, clean and spacious for a family of four. We loved the location which was in a quiet area of town but a short walk to the harbor and old town. Just outside the apartment we found a great coffee shop and two well stocked supermarkets meaning everything you need is on your doorstep. The hotel opposite serves beautiful food and cocktails with a glorious and unexpected sea view. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had a great holiday and going out of their way to help us. Kalkan is a beautiful place and if we came back we would definitely stay here again.

Fab location a doable walk to and from the old town. The hill was not as bad as expected! Right next to 2 great supermarkets and a lovely new coffee shop which had only just opened. Property grounds were maintained very nicely by the friendly facilities man. Pools were spotless. Very efficient AC too. Modern apartments with comfy beds and good Wifi. Good size accommodation and didn’t feel busy. Lots of sun loungers by the pool with plenty of sun or shade to choose from. Best part was the private little pool giving us the comfort of a villa without the extra expense making this quite a unique place. Views of hillside were also nice.

Some minor building related problems which were resolved quickly and items missing from apartment which were replaced without a problem. Additional signage and information about facilities in apartment would have helped. Would have appreciated some more items in kitchen such as a bottle of water on arrival, a few dishwasher tablets and cloths/towel and soap for dishes.

Amazing view from the top floor apartment. Really enjoyed using Yali beach which is a 12 minute walk away.

The cooking equipment was a bit limited. Ok for simple dinners. No clothes drier, tumble drier option but not environmentally friendly. No evidence of recycling.

Loved our time here! Staff were so friendly and amazing with the kids.

Just had a week at Asfiya apartments, really enjoyed our time there. Really good location, two supermarkets, coffee shop and up market cafe bar within 1 minute walk. Plenty of food and drink options before you get to Kalkan centre which is maximum ten min walk away. Pretty quiet other than the odd dog or chickens across the road. Reception not easy to find as tucked between two buildings down an alley which leads to the pool. Complex is brand new, staff are great and always very helpful. Apartment, an Elite spacious with two en suites, as it is new we had a few teething issues but nothing to spoil enjoyment. Nice kitchen, dishwasher , washing machine etc. Our private pool small but nicely done. Main pool good sized with plenty of beds and shade. Always clean (thanks Echo!). Good stay, would certainly recommendand hope to return again soon.
