Bayramın 2 ve 3 günü kaldığımız crowne plaza otelden çok memnun bir şekilde bugün ayrıldık odaların temizliği personelin ilgisi kahvaltı hizmeti her şey bize göre kusursuzdu. İlgi ve alaka için teşekkür ederiz.

There was a sound from the air conditioning although it was closed, when I called them, they said we cannot do anything about it. The door was not locked when I returned back!! They said you need to push it!
