GBIt’s a new freshly renovated stylish truly quiet and clean hotel close to the beach and far (as much as it is possible in a small town) from the noise of the central part of Side. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had plenty of water, coffee, and tea in the room. They don’t provide food yet but you get a discount in a close by nice restaurant.
Mosquitoes ruined two of my first nights.
DEThe hotel was brand new and very clean, at the heart of Side. Situated in Side old town, close to many restaurants and only ca. 50 meters to reach less crowded beach. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and beautifully decorated, bed comfy and the Internet connection was the fastest across our stays during our 2+ week Turkey trip. After complaining about no place to hang the bathing towels to dry, we got a beautiful towel rack from the reception.
The sound proofing of the hotel could be better. A small grievance was that due to location in Side old town, we could drive with a car in front of the hotel only to bring our luggage and pick it up, on other times we had to park at ca. 10 minute walk distance car park (for free). This likely is something the hotel cannot change and stems from the city rules of trying to limit car traffic in the old town.
CZI was extremely happy with my stay in Nomad Boutique hotel, it's one of the best places to stay in Side. The whole hotel is very comfortable and nicely designed and located perfectly, very near a nice beach and just next to the amfitheater. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. An excellent place to stay and rest, I'll make sure it was not my last stay in Nomad.
GBThis place has the "wow" factor and the best place we have ever stayed. It only opened in May and everything is first class. Robes, slippers, bluetooth speakers, Nespresso Coffee, mini-bar with soft drinks and water, fabulous sea views and access to beach with free sunbeds. Beach towels also provided. Staff cannot do enough for you.
I only marked down as Bar not yet open until 1st June and rooms not cleaned everyday. But these were very minor factors and did not spoil our stay.

SGQuiet brand new hotel. Big & modern designed room. Friendly & helpful staff. The hotel offers discount at Carpe Diem Restaurant which serves great food with seaview.
