The Yalı Konak Hotel İzmir

The location is so convenient.

It's my second time staying in this hotel. And I choose here again because my past experience was overall very positive. But this time, one night there was a birthday party at the restaurant level 01, and the volume of the music was incredibly loud that I could hear it from my room which was on the 5th floor. And it gets worse here, when I called the reception to complain about the noise, their response was that the music will stop at midnight. instead of warning the party people and reninding them that there are also guests staying in the same building, they were trying to make the guests accept the fact (annoying noise) and make them stop complaining. In other words they were sacrificing their hotel guests comfort for a one night party crowd. I am very dissatisfied with my stay this time because of this approach of the management. I even tried putting on headphones to go to sleep but the bass was so strong that the building was shaking.

Great check in experience. Soundproof room was comfortable. No disturbances .

Ausstattung etwas heruntergekommen, Betr sehr durchgelegen, hatten zwar Meerblick aber dazwischen eine Strasse die sehr stark befahren ist, es war sehr laut auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern

Wir waren nur einen Stoppover im Hotel, alles war perfekt. Rezeptions- und Reseaurantpersonal waren sehr freundlich und unterstützend.

The location is really good, the staff helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was not ready by opening time. I did like the variety of vegetables and fruit available.The front desk and dinner waiter were very pleasant and helpful.
