"とても良かったですが…"

ロケーション、ビュッフェ、宿泊費全て良かったです 。

ビュッフェは自由席でしたが、ホテルのルールに従い食事中のフダにして食事を取りに行きました。 席に帰ってくると、中国人の女性(オバタリアン)が私が取った先だと言い張り、こちらの話を全く聞きませんでした。じゃあなぜ、私たち家族が席を取った時、食事中のフダになっていないと問いかけたら、訳のわからない日本語で捲し立て、じゃあいいと勝手に怒りながら、そそくさとちがう席に移動して行きました。 そもそもちがう席に移動するってことは、嘘をついていたんだと思います。この時、結構大きな声で言い争っていましたが、従業員の方は見て見ぬふり。仲介されても良いのではと思うのと同時に、自由席を指定に、石和温泉に来てまでインバウンド、特に中国人とは関わりたくないです。せっかく良いホテルなのに残念でした。日本人に対するご配慮をお願いします。
