"すべてがPremiumでした"

80代の母が食事の時、カートにトレーを乗せてブッフェを楽しむことが出来たのは良かったです😊 朝食の焼き魚をテーブルでまた焼き直せたり、夕食の蒸しものもテーブルで熱々を頂けて、美味しさが増しました！ 出来立てのクロワッサンを、スタッフさんがテーブルまで持ってきてくださったのには感動しました。 くつろぐ部屋と寝室が別々でこんなに広い部屋に泊まったことがなかったので、一泊二日でしたがゆっくりできました！

浴室での洗髪洗体している時、背中合わせの方の水が自分の方に流れてきてしまうのはあまり気分が良くなかったかなぁと思いました。

"予約がもっと楽に希望が通れば良いが16人全員が喜んでいました。"

高齢(97歳)で車椅子にはとても良い部屋だった。(306号室) また409,407号室も広くて皆んなで集まって団欒出来、布団部屋もふた部屋つづありゆっくり出来た。毎年数年利用しているが初めての部屋だった。

7日の男性風呂のお湯が緩く水量も少なく温泉に入っている気がしなく残念だった。期待していただけに。

ロケーション、食事、特に朝食が期待以上に良かった。

清潔では有ったが、特に室内で何とも言えない匂い(潮、食事、下水混ざった様な不快な臭い)が不快でした。空気清浄機があって改善はされたが。
