"A great location with good amenities"

Great location with a nice room and good services. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were quite nice, with decent views and big windows. Most importantly the air conditioners worked well so it felt comfortable when sleeping.

-There is also only 1 washer and 1 dryer as I recalled in the hotel which is insufficient and meant we could not really wash our clothes without seeking a laundromat since it was being used most of the time. -Some of the tight areas seemed a bit dirty in the bathroom so cleanliness could be checked a bit more, the main areas were clean though. -This is a personal preference, but the hotel also uses bean pillows which I don't find particularly comfortable, so if you prefer more of a memory foam feel or something soft and smooth you might want to bring a travel pillow along for your stay or request another type if the hotel stocks them.

"A pleasent stay at Sendai"

It’s clean and close to shopping street and 定禪寺通.

The room is a bit small and the sound insulation is not good. We can hear people talking outside corridor and walking upstairs.

Good breakfast, large rooms, good service. They gave us a high floor room as requested. Nice desserts included in the breakfast.

Some distance from the main station. Not a problem if you like a nice healthy walk. Relatively quiet compared to the main area.
