Very nice room and amenities. The bed was good sized and confortable. Excellent bathroom! It was located near the station and 7 eleven.

I have book a non-smoking room Once I go into the room, i can smell the smoke from cigarette. I return to lobby and tell the staff, she just reply me the hotel is full today. After I tell her to refund, she change another room to me.

名古屋駅から徒歩10分程度の距離にあるホテルとしては格安でした。 若干カーペットの清掃が行き届いていないのと、通気口の位置が悪く風がベットの枕元を直撃する点がマイナスでした。

名駅近くで便利でしたが少し迷いました。枕カバーが汚れていたり、中くらいのサイズのタオルがありませんでした。お茶のパックなどがあるともっとよかったです。お風呂やお手洗いは新しい感じで清潔だったのでよかったです。

I stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was quite a roomy place considering Nagoya is a big city. We stayed on the top floor, so the view was great. The rooms were clean and everything seemed new except the loveseat (lol.) The amenity such as laundry was so helpful. I would stay there again if I visit Nagoya.
