The location could not be better, tucked down a side street, close to Yasaka Pagoda, Keninji and Gion. Walking distance to the main shopping quarter. Sauna in bedroom and bonus

The location of this hotel could not be better. The quaint streets of Ginza are on the doorstep but the street itself is quiet. The room was very spacious, we had a sauna in the room which was sold bonus. Breakfast was pleasant

Space was little congested for four people

Loved the balcony and sauna. Great location and spacious room for a family of four. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was great, close to many iconic Gion attractions. Amazing restaurant quite close to the hotel.

Hotel seemed a bit overpriced compared to the price we payed. Breakfast buffet was not very good.

Indoor sauna, size of room and the balcony. Location was excellent.

Cleanliness not up to the standard as other places in Japan (e.g. dust balls under the furniture). No cutlery in kichenette. Breakfast when you paid for it was meagre.

Room was clean, convenient location, staff was exceptional

Amazing location - slightly off of the main streets but 2-3 minute walk to temples, the shopping streets, the side lanterned streets. Exceptionally clean, wonderful front desk staff, roomy room and very chill vibe.
