元々は社員寮らしいのですが、部屋は広く、アメニティも揃っていました。シャトレーゼのお菓子が用意されてたのも嬉しかったです。

普通のホテルと違ってチェックイン時間が遅いのを伝えると「大丈夫ですよ」ではなく「仕方ないですね。」と言われ、こちらが申し訳ない気持ちになりました。

予約制でしたが何度も入れたのと源泉掛け流し温泉よかったです スタッフさんがとても感じが良く ゆっくりできました。

共有キッチンにゴキちゃんがでたのでゴキちゃん対策された方が良いと思います

貸切りにできる源泉かけ流しのお風呂が最高でした。

近くに飲食店がない点くらいです。

値段の割に、部屋もバスルームも広々で素泊まりにはもったいないくらいでした。予約はいりましたが、かけ流しの温泉もあり、大変満足です。サウナがありましたが、現在は稼働してなかったのが、ちょっと残念です。もともとが社員寮ということで仕方ないですね。共有スペースにそこそこ広いキッチンがあったので、簡単な食材を持ち込んで食べれそうです。コンビニも歩ける距離にあったので、便利でした。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and on days with good weather even the very top of Mt Fuji. It was so nice to have a tatami room with floor chairs for relaxing. The bed was also comfortable. We used the fridge to keep our drinks cool and enjoyed coffee and green tea each morning. The bathroom is spacious. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. It is recommended that you have a car to travel around as public transport is limited. We booked to enjoy the private onsen every night for an hour, it was so nice. We were able to relax in the seating area on the first floor and enjoy the views of the garden. There is also a kitchen and dining area which is well equipped for you to prepare your own food. Mr. Okiyama is incredibly kind. He was so hospitable and made our stay truly wonderful. He recommended some lovely places to visit in the area and shared with us his knowledge of Yamanashi wine. We are so grateful! We hope to come back to visit again in the future.

There wasn't really anything we disliked about our stay.

部屋が清潔で、タオルや寝巻きも問題なし。 食事はついていないので外に行きましたが、徒歩圏内に居酒屋やコンビニがあるので便利でした。
