員工友善、有禮，樂於幫助！泊車設施亦非常方便！房間整㓗乾淨，感覺舒適！窗外境色亦非常不錯！

附近食肆，便利店頗遠！由於方便取車，所以問題不是太大！

A bit far from city centre but access by streetcar very convenient.

"Very upsetting when I prepaid for my room and they claim they did not receive payment."

The hotel insisted on charging my credit card when I had already paid in full to Booking.com for the rooms. I had receipts and credit card statement showing that I had paid. They could not resolve the problem the whole time we were there and I had to waste my time talking to 3 managers. None of them could resolve the problem so I had to pay again for the rooms, double charged, before checking out. Now I have to waste my time contacting Booking.com to attempt to be refunded for the double charge. Very disappointed with both Booking.com and OMO7 Hoshino Resorts accounting departments.
