COFFEE HOTEL Soundwave

The staff helped me with working the washing machine. The room is big, excellent lighting, and a bed each (up to seven beds). Full size dining table. The free coffee was nice. It seemed clean. They received my luggage which I sent on from the previous hotel but I had to arrange to send it onwards to the next place myself (through the nearby , seven eleven store). It feels private but the coffee shop is nearby to ask any questions. Their coffee latte was the best I've had so far in Japan. Location is good enough.

I couldn't find any cleaning supplies other than washing up liquid and a tiny sponge. The mattresses were too hard for me personally. I was unable to swap my free alcoholic drink for a non alcoholic one which was a shame. But the worst thing was the noise, I don't know what is situated below the room but people/music at midnight and beyond was very loud and kept us awake. And loud clanging noises at 8am. That was a shame because otherwise it's a great place for families. Also the stairs are a bit industrial and hard with luggage.

Very clean, enough space, and good hospitality.

Well equipped. Great for doing laundry and generous size refrigerator.

Not much bench space for cooking for two. Ladder up the wall for access to other 2 beds.

The loft was a fun feature of the room. The host is extremely kind, professional, and generous. The room has many features including a mini kitchen, robes, slippers, and more! I would stay again any time.
