Friendly staff....free beer ....close to subway....good folder guidance on places to visit.....personal touch....very approachable.

Clean and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 toilets which suit a family, spacious. The only problem is limited 6-ppl rooms and not allowed to add sofa bed to 4-ppl room if you have 5 ppl. We had to book a room in another nearby hotel to accommodate a family.

Couldnt add a sofa bed to 4-ppl room.

I have travelled a lot and can say staff were excellent. The attention to just little things like preparing a booklet of recommended resultants in the area was great. Fun games to help you interact with the area were good add ons too

It is a very spacious suite with great amenities and friendly staff

We were 5 (3 children) and the beds were insufficient for 5.
