I enjoyed talking to the staff and the owners. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the self-cooking facilities are convenient and clean.

Location was convenient to everything you'd want to walk to in Obama Onsen and just a few steps from the shore park. Atmosphere was casual with most of the guests cooking their own breakfasts and dinners in the communal kitchen and the steam pits. Friendly, helpful staff, nice young couple who own it.

Some other reviewers criticised the street noise in the ocean-side rooms. We had one of the rooms with windows right onto the street and weren't bothered.
