Excellent family hotel

A bit far from the town and nearest convenience store. Limited number of restaurants on site that require booking in advance

Room was Hilton standard

While the rooms themselves live up to the usual Hilton standard — spacious, clean and comfortable — the overall hotel experience was extremely disappointing and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere in Okinawa. Everything at this hotel comes at an additional cost — not as a feeling, but as a fact. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, pay extra for day beds by the pool, and even room service is heavily restricted. Want a coffee delivered in the morning? You need to order it the day before. Nearly every service or convenience seems to involve another charge, which completely takes away from what should feel like a relaxing resort experience. For the price you pay to stay at this hotel, these things should simply be included. The staff were friendly and polite, however the service overall did not reflect the level expected from a Hilton property. In fact, I received far better hospitality and overall service at several 3-star hotels throughout Japan during this trip. For the price point, the hotel feels far more focused on upselling guests than delivering genuine hospitality or value.

Loved the location of the resort, the pool and the beach access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The whole vibe, atmosphere and decor of the resort were absolutely beautiful. And the spa was very relaxing and I had a great treatment there.

When we arrived no one helped us with our bags to get them out of the car and there was more concern with a bus arriving then actually helping us to get our bags and then we could have moved the car, this incident was not a great welcome. We were also super disappointed that the pools close so early and that the adults pool closes early.
