全体的に、対応が良かったです！朝食バイキングは、おいしかったですし、席が個室的で家族で楽しめました。ただ、バイキングの並びがコーヒー、味噌汁、ご飯、おかず、サラダという順序で重たいお盆をもっておかずを取らなくてはいけなくて大変でした。

家族旅行で利用しました。快適に過ごせました。一つ残念だったのは大浴場の男女入れ替えが午後７時だったため、片方の浴室しか利用出来なかったことです。

It was a memorable opportunity to live and enjoy tradition. I don't think I will ever sleep so well again. Very clean and the staff were very hospitable. Just remember to book for meals early on.

I love how beautiful this property is, close to shopping and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay, I loved the onsen on the property. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Fujikawaguchiko. Perfect place to stay to see Mt Fuji while still enjoying the peace from tourists.
