Best hotel experience I've ever had in my life, by a wide margin. The property was amazing, rooms were spotless and very well designed. Staff was insanely nice, and it felt like we were floating on clouds the entire time. Both dinner and breakfast were exquisite.

It was perfect - I don't think it could have been better.

The property was great, the room was beautiful but unfortunately the service was pretty bad. The staff weren’t as nice and accommodating as I was expecting at that level of hotel.
