"ホテルから歩いて直ぐ駅があってとても便利。"

スタッフも皆親切で、ホテルも広々とし2階ロビーや部屋のデザインも清潔感も素敵でした。 　ルームキーを持ってるお客様のみが行き来できるシステムが良かった。　 　

　部屋に電話が無く、ロビーへ連絡できないことや、外からの来客が部屋へ連絡できなかったので少し困った。 　海外からの携帯で日本国内のみの回線にアクセスできなかったため、日本国内に電話をかけたい時(フリーダイヤルや急な連絡)できないこと。 　ロビーなどに国内へかけれる公衆電話があればいいなと思いました。 　夜遅くなって戻ると、ホテルのエントランス(タクシーや車でもどると) 一階のエントランスに人が誰もいなさすぎて、ホテルの2階がメインロビーのため、女性1人だと少し不安になる感じがしました。 　夜遅く戻った時ルームキーでホテルのドアを解除する事気づかず少し困ったです。

"Laatste nacht voor vertrek."

Perfect hotel wanneer je de volgende ochtend vertrekt van Kansai airport. Hoewel het inchecken wat onpersoonlijk is (men heeft het liefst dat je zelf incheckt, maar er is wel hulp wanneer dat nodig is) voelt de rest van het hotel wel prettig. Mooie kamers heerlijke en complete onsen en een inpandige Lawson.

"Great location to the Kansai Airport"

I had an excellent stay at OMO Kansai Airport by Hoshino Resorts. After a nine-hour flight, it was the perfect place to rest. The hotel is conveniently located just a short train ride from Kansai Airport, making it very easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding—I highly recommend the buffet breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, the location, comfort, and service made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
