The pass to the sauna and onsen and every day was fantastic. Clean place with good ski storage.

Kerosene heaters made the room smell. Had to open the door and window to air it out.

Great for group traveling with communal area, cosy vibe, clean and chic design, kitchen facilities, laundry is convenient, kind helpful staff and very responsive

Beds are tatami so need to get used to that.

Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!!

Friendly staff and efficient customer service. Common bathrooms and living spaces are kept clean. There is washer and dryer free to use. Appreciate the complimentary onsen passes.

Quite a distance away from the town area. Need to take a bus, hotel provides the bus schedule.

The staff were very friendly, they offer a breakfast and dinner service which was very good value. The location is amazing, very close to multiple ski resorts and the views are amazing! We would definitely go back there.

The public transport between towns took us a little while to understand as majority of the bus drivers do not speak English
