"快適に過ごす事が出来るホテル 料理は満点💯"

お部屋は年数がだった感じでしたが設備はリノベーションしてあり、快適に過ごすとができました。朝夕食付きのプランで今回は利用しました。お料理は期待以上の味、質、盛り付けで大満足ですした 温泉も気持ちよく、備え付けの化粧水、シャンプー等も嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧に対応していただきました。 無人機でのチェックインだったため、受付時の名前の入力ミスにより手続きがスヌーズにできず、かなり時間が かかってしまい、スタートが残念でした。 無人機だからこそ、QRかバーコード、予約番号での受付になるとスムーズにチェックインが、出来るのでは？ 年配の方や外国の方でスムーズに行かず、私のように手助けを要する方が多く、一台しかない、機械に長い列が出来き、気まずい思いをされていました。

무인 체크인 과정에서 일본어를 알아듣지 못하자 직원이 얼른 달려와서 도와주었습니다. 나머지는 모두 매우 만족합니다. 호텔 온천도 조용하고 편안했습니다.

周辺は何もないので、車で来ていたらとても便利。こちらにはスタッフの方がいないですが、特に不便だとは思いませんでした。お風呂も綺麗で良い風呂でした。チェックインだけがとてもわかりにくかったです。それ以外は十分です。
