INV had dinner both days Jain vegetarian Japanese food was wonderful n lady I think owner of the restaurant was very good host. V never had breakfast. Location of hotel is very good opposite to station . Staff of hotel very helpful n nice.

USPros: Excellent location. 5 minute walk from JR NAGANO Station. 7-11 is next door. Although I did not interact much with front desk staff except for check in and check out, I can say their customer service is great.
Cons: Hotel fixtures in the room need updating- sink faucet, bath shower, lamp switch, bidet. All of the fixtures were from 20 yrs ago. Leak stain in the bathroom floor by the sink and toilet. There is no coin operated laundry in this hotel. But the front desk staff will tell you where the nearest one is located- about 15 minute walk from the hotel. Elevator smells like cigarette smoke.

PHHotel is just a short walking distance away from the Nagano Station. Rooms are clean, beddings are comfortable, and WiFi is fairly fast. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are convenience stores, shops, and restaurants a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hotel Courtland Nagano!
NOT a major inconvenience or flaw : toiled is dated (not the push button, automated type) and does not have heating on the seat. Prepare yourself for a bit of a shock on cold days/nights. LOL!
NLDe ruimte van de kamer was fijn, veel ruimte.
Het bed was erg hard en er hing een beetje gekke, muffe geur toen we de kamer binnen kwamen. Ook was er geen stopcontact bij het bed, wel een usb punt maar daarmee kan je niet altijd alles opladen (wij niet dus).
