Hotel incrível, 6 quartos apenas, colaboradores cordiais e solícitos. Quarto de bom tamanho, e o hotel é muito bem localizado. Confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Viagem em casal, super recomendo.

Our flight has been delayed for 3 days and they were nice enough to extend our reservation another day to explore Kyoto. A big shoutout to Sonu who was very helpful in giving us insights about the city.

USBメモリーを部屋に忘れたのですが、着払いでと お願いしたのに、簡易書留でお送りくださり、申し訳ありませんでした。 ホテルのフロントは外国の方でしたが、一生懸命対応する姿勢が素晴らしかったです。　 ブランド力が高まると感じました。宿は小さく、シャワールームだけでしたが、それを上回る気遣いが感じられました。　ありがとうございました。

Honestly everything about this stay was perfect for our Kyoto trip! If you have any doubts about staying here don’t even doubt yourself. It’s so wonderful and comfortable and the staff were so pleasant! We even did our laundry twice without hassle. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when we visit Kyoto again.
