空間很大，房間舒適，備品充足，位置很棒

1.整潔度有待加強，連續住一週左右，有2天白色杯子裡面有咖啡漬 2.希望多提供水，留了字條給房務人員也沒有留意 3.選擇到店付款，當天入住就刷了房費，信用卡也已經扣到款了，退房時櫃檯還是堅持之前的是訂金，要整筆刷退再重新結帳，對於國外旅客這樣的機制非常不便利 4.請飯店服務人員協助叫計程車，因為距離過短，服務人員表現出訕笑的表情，令人不適

Location is great. Room was great, service was great, swimming pool n gym n onsen was also great. Cant find anything i didnt like about the hotel
