"Would not return."

Not much. None of the photos online of the onsen existed. At least not for the women’s. I think the photos are old. It was disappointing.

Broken elevator and charge for shuttle both ways. Website said 40 yen but actually 100 yen each way. 3rd floor with luggage was impossible with a broken elevator. Also going up and down for each meal and to use the onsen was terrible. The photos for the onsen do not match anything I saw. It’s far from the station so you have to take a taxi or their shuttle.

"Exceptional"

The bath on the sixth floor is awesome. Though, the "Rotenburo" is small. But the view is nice from there. Karaoke and Manga rooms are also nice. The food is seasoned, even though it is an "all you can eat buffet". Breakfast at 7:00-9:30 and dinner at 18:30-20:30.

Sadly, it does not have a kaiseki course. There is no shower in the room. Well, you have two baths to cover that.

the environment in the hotel was really nice. the onsen is good. room is spacey. dinner and breakfast buffet were also great.

the futon felt a little bit thin for Japanese room.

旅館人員態度親切友善，大浴場大，而且溫泉水質很好，房價包含有一泊二食C/P值高，房間大乾淨。

空調有點異味，可能是有人抽煙使冷氣附著異味。
