We found the hotel to be convenient and has everything you need. The interior of the room is quite old, but everything worked okay. Eating at the hotel was fine with buffet dinner and breakfast.

"Superb"

Overall, the hotel was great and had some entertainment equipment. The onsen was one of the best amenities and the main reason I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Be aware of the lingering smell of smoke in the room, as it’s an older hotel and the odor is difficult to remove.

"An Inn Where You Can Enjoy Two Types of Hot Springs"

Located at the entrance of Naruko Onsen Village, this inn offers two kinds of hot springs: white water and black water. If you're a hot spring enthusiast, you should definitely visit. The meals are also famous, so I'm looking forward to enjoying them next time.

Since there are few dining options nearby, make sure to carefully check your plan.

"Relaxing, picturesque, good for the soul."

The property was clean, spacious, and in a lovely location with a view of the mountains from the room. The bath on the 6th floor was lovely and the little outdoor section was a nice experience in the cool weather. The baths have all the things you need for your washing and skin care so you can just bring a towel if you want. The buffet was SO GOOD! Highly recommend getting half board during your stay. The other facilities like the table tennis, manga room, etc. were nice too. Karaoke is pay per hour per person. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They always helped us with any questions and brought a baby chair for us every mealtime.

The bath on the ground floor in the other building was nice but small and it wasn’t outside. It’s better to just go to the 6th floor bath. Wifi is only available in the lobby area but sometimes it’s a nice thing so you don’t spend too much time looking at your phone.
