Great location, very clean, super quiet.

Property advertised ‘kitchen’ which consisted of small microwave and kettle, a fridge you couldn’t use 24/7 and no mugs/plates etc. we got smaller room than the one we booked.

各フロアに共有のトイレとシャワーブースがあるのですが、部屋から少し離れた所に複数あるので、早朝でも深夜でも気にせず使用できました。 実際、部屋(狭小ながらエアコンと2段ベッドと洗面所はある施錠出来るタイプの個室)に居ても、他の人がシャワー等を使用している音は一切聞こえてきませんでした。 廊下に設置された足元のレバーを踏んで開けるタイプの蓋付きゴミ箱も、足を離した後ゆっくり閉まる設計な上にクッション材(？)が付いているから全く音がせず、気を使わなくても良いのが助かりました。 駅も飲食店も近く、ロケーション的にも最高なロケーションです。

狭いという以外の不便さはありませんでした。分かって予約しているので、不満ではありません。

"Great location though a bit far from Sapporo Eki, but nice if you just go around and driving"

Location is amazing, very easy to get around and find stuffs and spend a lot of time. Price is reasonable. Even on rainy days, you can get around as the alley is covered

Can't store luggage after check out and sink is a bit clogged.
