"住宿位置不錯，晚上也很安靜，但房內設施不符需求。"

1.交通位置便利，離地鐵站約走路12分鐘 2.周圍機能不錯，有便利商店(7-11)、許多餐廳、博多運河城、業務超市。

1.浴室沒有乾燥設備，若有洗衣，晾乾衣服需要更長的時間，不太方便。 2.入住第一晚兩台暖氣中其中有一台不聽遙控器使喚，運作異常。 3.因是冬天旅遊，床頭的位置後方是陽台且面向博多河，晚上睡覺時會有冷風從窗戶灌進來並直接對著頭吹。

Check-in es absolutamente nefasto. No me llegó el codigo para entrar al edificio. Tuve que reclamarlo varias veces. Finalmente, me llegó un mail en japones donde tenia que adivinar donde está este código. Una experiencia muy muy mala

"以日本住宿來說空間很大家庭式設計也很棒"

離車站會有一小段路程如果要帶長輩托大行李會有一點小麻煩但如果年輕人多走路練練身體是沒問題的
