室内とても綺麗で、いろんなところへのこだわり、素敵でした😊 大浴場からも球場内を見渡せるようになっててびっくりでした

新しい設備なのでとても快適であったし、環境面にも配慮され、徹底されていたことに大変感心した。 温泉とサウナはとても寛いだ時間を過ごす事が出来、普段と異なる時間を過ごす事が出来、大変貴重な体験であった。

Tricky to get there in Winter if you can't drive!

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

It's hard to get there from Sapporo; you can take the train to Kitahiroshima station and walk 40 minutes but this cannot be done in the snow, especially if you have suitcases. The taxi driver dropped us at the wrong entrance and we had to walk through the snow and around the ballpark to get to the correct entrance; this is not his fault as he wouldn't have known that the building is mainly closed except for on certain days (ie. the day we arrived, the hotel and onsen were the only facilities open, so everything else was blocked off)

歓迎されなかった。 本サイトで予約をして チェックインは13:00と記されていたが、 行ったら15:00と言われた。 別の男の人が出て来て にこりともせず、チェックイン時間が行き違ったことの説明をするでもなく、チェックインのQRコード読み取りの前に 参照番号なるものの入力を指示された。 受け取った覚えがないと言うと 自分のメールの検索を求められた。 送信元はどこですか？と聞いたらなんの説明もなく じゃあ入りませんのでこちらからと 結局チェックイン出来たが、 参照番号はなんだったか未だ気になっている。 部屋や設備は素敵だが 人のおもてなしのない 部屋貸し業だった。 地元北広島在住で期待して行ったが、 とても残念な気持ちであった。
