特にありません

朝食でドア開いたのでバイキングで食べ物と飲み物を取っていたら機械からジュース等が出ないので、他のジュースのボタンを押してもでない。その内6から7人が集まって皆んな集まっておかしい。ので私が代表してスタッフ探して、スタッフは他の客対応で忙しいみたいでした。話しが終わってから事情を説明。すると機械に電源スィチが2台とも入っていなかったと判明した。レストランのドアを開ける前にチェックはしないのか疑問TVでＣMを流しているが、ホテルとして基本がどうなのか？

夕食、朝食とも、大変美味しかったです。 お風呂も広く、あついお湯であたたまりました。 お世話になりました。

デザートのりんごのパイが、綺麗に焼きあがってたのですが、時間がたつと形が崩れて、見た目も悪くて残念でした。 お店のように、カットして出されたらいかがでしょうか？ お皿に取りやすくなると思うのですが。

朝食は　とても美味しかったです。 焼きたてのクロワッサンや海鮮丼　大浴場からの眺めは最高❣️

Wi-Fiが部屋で使えなかったのは　残念でした 小浴槽も朝から入れたらいいなぁ〜と思いました 食事面では…冷凍かな❓って思うものがあり　 もっと　天草ならではの　刺身等期待してましたが 刺身と寿司は…残念でした

足が不自由なのでバイキングは大変でしたがカートを持ってきてくださり助かりました。

和室の部屋だったので起き上がるのが大変で足が不自由な私は前のめりに倒れて足先を4本骨折して観光どころでは無く痛みのため早々に帰る羽目に、足の不自由な人にはベッドの部屋に変えて欲しかったです。 部屋の匂いも布団も臭かったです。部屋に入るのに段差があり車椅子を入れるのが大変でした。

お部屋も広くて、清潔感もあり、快適でした！ 食事のバイキングもいろいろあり、美味しくいただけました。 浴衣を選べるのも良かったです。

Wi-Fiが部屋になかったので、できればWi-Fiが使えるようにしてくれると部屋で旅先の検索などがもっと楽しめると思いました。
