Big and nice room, literally right next to kokusai doori. food and drinks at the first floor Restaurant/bar were very good.

Gym was at least nice to have, but could have been a bit bigger -1 treadmill, 2 indoorbycicles (both mechanical), und 4 Sets of cattlebells- this is just a small critique - for most people OK.
