JPホテル館内およびお部屋の隅々まで清掃が行き届いており、清潔感を感じました。大浴場も広々として、朝食のバイキングも混雑なく、美味しく多くの品数を頂く事が出来て大満足でした。チェックイン時にはフロントスタッフ4人総出で対応くださり、チェックイン時の待ち時間も感じなかった程スムーズでした。室内には空気清浄機、兼加湿器が常備されており、乾燥や花粉等気になるこの時期として大変助かり快適でした。
しいて言えば、大浴場の湯温が低い事、ベットマットが少し硬い事があげられます。
